Its Over

Yes, the 48 hr marathon is finally over.
If you missed u can watch the WHOLE marathon (yes, the whole 2 days w/ a few moments cut out, sry T_T) back at our ustream profile. Go here for the Metal Gear view of the marathon: http://www. ustream. tv/channel/metal-gear-marathon and here for the pokemon view: http://www. ustream. tv/channel/pokegearsolid-marathon Again, this was an epic 2 day straight play through the two video game series (with appearances by Ricky, Jack, Chase, John, Haggerty, Sean, Gerard, Will, Bradley, and Mike) ALL RECORDED!! So plz spend some time (mayb the nxt 2 days) watching our adventure through the magical world of video games, caffeine, racism, shenanigans, sex scandals, comedy, horror, and bad times when the sound on the tv gives out randomly (WILL!!!!!!!!). I know thats how Im gonna spend the next two days.
Yah, we didn't finish both series, but we COULD have if we felt like it. Since in MGS we finished 1, 2, and 4, we had 14 hrs left which could have used to finish 3, but used for MGS4 online and brawl. The same happened with pokemon, finishing red in 4:20 hrs (thank u very much), gold in........ 12 hrs (yes, mike is VERY bad at pokemon), ruby in like 10 or so hrs, we had 22 hrs left which we used for......... well.....I really don't know. Anyways, so its like a we-could-have-if-we-felt-like-it situation, who knows maybe we'll do another marathon sometime before fall, so stay tuned and I'll let you know later if we'll do another marathon.

48 Hour Game Marathon

Hey everyone, so here's the deal:
A bunch of my friends and I are doing a dual gaming marathon on June 11 sometime in the morning like 9 am (pacific time) involving the Metal Gear Solid and Pokemon series. Both marathons will be going on at the SAME time and we WILL include MGS4 into the marathon (for those who won't be playing it as soon as it comes out, yourselves). So for metal gear we will be playing 1-4 and for pokemon we will hopefully get through red, gold, ruby, and either redfire or diamond (using the gamecube gba adapter except for diamond, if we do that). Also, we will be taking donations, not for ourselves but for charity, since some of us need charity work for things like school programs ( more info on that later). We will be using ustream to stream our marathon and we should have it set up to view here on this blog. Finally, I would like to thank Cameron Banga and the crew for giving us the idea. More info will be given as we start. So, hope to see you there and have a good summer.

Test

Hey internet,
This is just a test to see how this whole posting and blog setup works.
